Jonathan Brady, Alec Pollak, myself (Chris Reese) and Marty Kovach from Merck spoke at the first MM&M Skills Set Live program on May 23rd. Our talk, Maximizing Customer Engagement Across a Franchise (yes, we could have made a shorter title) explored using iPad presentations to make the HCP discussions more productive, empowering the pharmacist through video, and building loyalty on merckvaccines.com through a better user experience. The 40 minute talk was well received and garnered lots of questions from the agency and industry professionals attending.
We were one of five panel presentations that were comprised of other client/agency teams as well as industry leaders from Google, Manhattan Research, and WebMD. It was exciting and helpful to take the day and focus on digital engagement of HCPs and get open and honest perspectives from a range of industry people.
