The 3rd ANNUAL JUICE PHARMA WORLDWIDE INNOVATION EXPO TAKES HEALTHCARE MARKETING TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL

JUICE Innovation Expo 2013

The JUICE Innovation Expo—an annual 2-day event that showcases new innovative technologies and services that can elevate the impact of the pharma marketing mix—was held on July 10-11, attended by more than 200 pharma professionals including marketers and agency personnel.

According to Forrest King, JUICE Managing Partner and Chief Innovation Officer, “When we created this format 3 years ago it was to satisfy 2 objectives: First, to infuse new innovative ideas into the agency’s brand-planning recommendations that would complement more traditional tactics; and second, to offer our clients a dynamic assembly of future-focused marketing opportunities to consider on behalf of their brands.”

A year-long effort to find the right partners

As part of this ongoing commitment, JUICE regularly participates in conferences and events that promote innovation and state-of-the-art communications. For example, each year, a JUICE taskforce attends South by Southwest to vet the abundance of cutting-edge companies that offer products that could positively impact pharma marketing—to both professionals and the healthcare consumer. Select companies are then invited to participate in the annual Innovation Expo.

“We’re here to close the gap between innovative thinking and program execution,” says Ben Putman, Director of Emerging Media and Technology at JUICE. “Gathering all of these companies under one roof provides a dynamic forum to familiarize marketers with what’s out there, to help them visualize the value, and to distill the potential benefits to prospective customers.”

In addition to the main exhibition floor, the state-of-the-art JUICE Production Studio offered attendees a free green-screen video experience, professional portraits, and demos of new tablet and mobile-based technologies.
